After you sign up, your journey begins with a comprehensive and professional intake. During this session, various topics are discussed and your goals are clearly mapped out. We focus on your healthy side. We map out your current health very accurately and perform various tests on the revolutionary HUB, where we provide insight into your biological age. Step by step, we guide you toward even better and optimal health.

Safe and efficient training

Now that we have clearly mapped out your health and goals, it's time to start. You can join group classes, which we definitely recommend. But you can also use the fitness facilities. All Egym machines are fully automatic and are set up specifically for you. All settings are stored on your personal wristband. You'll complete a full workout in just 37 minutes. Training has never been so easy, safe, and efficient. After your session, enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee in the chill zone.

Guiding and coaching based on data

Our professional team of coaches and instructors constantly helps you to optimize your results. Physically, using our own knowledge and data collected from the equipment software. Emotionally and mentally, through our ongoing conversations, of course. All data is linked to your own Purazen wristband and App. This is all accessible to you and the coaches. We conduct periodic evaluations in a relaxed atmosphere, but always with a personal goal in mind.
