Step 1: Comprehensive health check

Where do you stand right now? Using our professional medical measurements, we see your current status and where improvement is needed. With this data and based on a very thorough intake, we create a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals. You are the top priority.

Step 2: The Purazen development program

Your personal lifestyle program begins. You’ll receive intensive guidance from your own fitness coach who will help you become the best version of yourself. Your fitness coach is your support system and will assist you with the entire lifestyle program. You will be in very close contact with this person.

Step 3: Nutrition is central to the program

No results without dietary adjustments. Training goes hand in hand with the choices you make regarding food. Using our Vytal nutrition app and tips & tricks from our lifestyle coaches, you will see clear results in combination with your training.

Step 4: Periodic measurements and evaluations

We make your progress visible. We do this through periodic evaluations where we provide insight into your biological age across 4 areas: 1. Cardio, 2. Strength, 3. Mobility, and 4. Metabolism. Everything is accessible in your own Purazen Gym app. Your health in your pocket.

Step 5: Maintaining results

We aim for optimal, long-term results. No crash diets or yo-yo effects, but a real lifestyle change. You will learn a lot about training and nutrition and how to maintain results in a responsible way. For this, we have the unique Purazen Gym zone program. This program provides guidance after you have successfully completed the lifestyle program.

Extra facilities with the lifestyle program

During the transformation program, you can use all the facilities at Purazen Gym. You’ll be included in the various group classes offered. We also work on any imbalances that may have developed over the years. Your results are monitored not only by your Personal Trainer but by all the lifestyle coaches within our concept. Here, we help you ensure you never lose the results you’ve achieved. Also included:
