How our strength concept works

In just 37 minutes, you complete a full strength training session. Thanks to our digital support and the guidance of our experienced trainers, you can train effortlessly and purposefully. After every series of 6 workouts, you perform a new strength measurement and switch to a different training method. This process is safe, efficient, and always tailored to your personal level.

You get a personal training wristband to log in to all machines

√ All machines are fully customized to your body and training goal in advance (using the HUB)

√ The software on the machines guides you visually through the exercises

√ Coaches with personal attention.

You’re well on your way with your fitness routine, but to keep seeing real results, it’s important to regularly refresh and adjust your training schedule. That’s why we recommend booking a follow-up appointment every 3 months at the latest.
