Purazen gym Terms and House Rules - V 2.1
Article 1: The agreement
1.1) The agreement is established by submitting/sending/applying online for the registration form to Purazen gym or by signing up in person via an advisor, after which a confirmation of the agreement is sent by email.
1.2) Participation in the training sessions/classes is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
1.3) Every student is required to immediately report physical complaints to the instructor. Participation is only possible if your health does not pose an obstacle. If in doubt, please contact your GP.

1.6) Members can join Purazen Gym from the age of 12, provided they are always accompanied by a parent or guardian during their presence in the gym. From the age of 16, it is possible to become a member independently and use the facilities without supervision, provided that prior written approval has been obtained from a parent or guardian. This regulation is intended to ensure the safety and responsible participation of minor members.
1.7) You can book unlimited classes up to 14 days in advance, with a limit of 2 classes per day. Give others a chance to participate too – that is our motto.
Article 2: Payment
2.1) The participant must pay the required membership fee before the start of the month via automatic debit or in cash/online via iDEAL before the start of the training/class at Purazen gym.
2.2) In the event of non-payment or late payment, Purazen gym has the right to recover collection and recovery costs from the participant. It is preferred to contact management for a payment arrangement.
2.3) Refund of membership fees is not possible.
2.4) For a 4-month membership, the amount due must be paid in full 4 weeks in advance (i.e., per 4-week period).
2.5) For a 12 or 18-month membership, the amount due must be paid 4 weeks in advance.

Article 4: All-in memberships
4.1) There are no refunds for missed training/classes due to holiday, illness, or other reasons.
4.3) In case of long-term illness, a freeze option is available for all types of memberships. Purazen gym management must give specific permission for this based on criteria.
Purazen Gym customers can submit a request once a year for a temporary suspension of their membership, for a period of at least 4 weeks to a maximum of 6 weeks. This is only valid for 12-month and 18-month memberships.
A temporary suspension is not a right but a discretionary service that can be granted or refused by Purazen Gym staff at their own discretion.
In case of illness, the customer must speak with a service employee to request a temporary suspension.
If a temporary suspension is granted, the membership is frozen during the suspension period. This period will be made up afterwards and added to the original term of the membership.
