Every workout starts with a focus on flexibility. In just 7 minutes, we fully mobilize all muscles, which is crucial for optimal blood circulation. This helps speed up results in strength training. All machines are precisely adjusted to your personal wristband, and our coaches ensure that every exercise is performed correctly. But how exactly does our flexibility training work?
